RISTNA HARBOUR GUESTHOUSE HOUSE RULES

  • Check-in 16:00, check-out 12:00 unless agreed otherwise.
  • Reception is available by prior arrangement.
  • Services can be paid for on site in cash or by bank transfer.
  • In accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia, all guests must fill in a guest registration card.
  • The client must comply on the territory of the Ristna guesthouse and harbour with the laws of the Republic of Estonia and the instructions of the staff and, if necessary, the orders of the police and a Police and Border Guard Board officer.
  • The event organiser/representative is obliged to introduce the guesthouse house rules to all participants.
  • The event organiser is also responsible for the actions of all people accompanying them. If anyone in the group causes damage to the guesthouse or the harbour, the client/event organiser is responsible.
  • The event organiser/representative is responsible for complying with the measures and restrictions (Covid 19) established by the Government of the Republic.
  • Quiet hours at the guesthouse are from 23:00 on weekdays and from 24:00 on Fridays and Saturdays, unless agreed otherwise.
  • When leaving, please leave the keys in front of the room door.
  • For companies, please send a guarantee letter in advance if you wish to pay by invoice.
  • If you wish to use fireworks at an event, the time and location must be agreed with the staff in advance.
  • Fireworks should be set off before 22:00 on weekdays and before 24:00 on Fridays and Saturdays. To organise fireworks using class III and IV pyrotechnic products (medium and large fireworks), a permit from the municipal government is required. Red rockets are prohibited!
  • Catering by prior order only.
  • Arranging your own catering or ordering external catering is possible only by prior agreement. In this case, the Client must arrange the cleaning and disposal of waste (including food waste) (transported to the waste station).
    Disposal of waste by the guesthouse is possible only by separate agreement and on the condition that the waste has been sorted in advance.
  • Receiving a quotation does not mean the booking is confirmed.
  • The booking is confirmed after the booking fee has been received and the guarantee letter has been signed by the event organiser’s representative.
  • The remaining amount (according to the offer) must be paid no later than upon arrival.
  • If the client cancels the booking, the booking fee is NOT refunded.
  • The event organiser/representative is responsible for the volume of the music throughout the event. The sound source must be installed in a place agreed in advance with the guesthouse staff, and the volume is adjusted by the staff. Playing music outdoors after 22:00 to 6:00 on weekdays and after 24:00 to 7:00 on Fridays and Saturdays is prohibited. By agreement, music may be played indoors with doors and windows closed 24/7. The staff have the right to stop the music if the Client does not follow staff instructions.
  • The rental time of the sauna complex is by agreement.
  • When using the dishwasher, please follow the instructions for use. In the event of a blockage, the person who caused the blockage pays for the repair.
  • The rented premises must be handed over upon departure in the same condition as they were provided to you for use. If furniture (chairs, tables, etc.) needs to be moved, it must be put back as it was at check-in by the time of check-out. All additional decorations that are hung or installed in any other way in the guesthouse premises must be removed before departure. Guesthouse items that have been removed and/or placed elsewhere must be returned to their original places before departure.
  • All dishes used in the mini-kitchens must be washed and placed back in the same place as they were upon arrival.
  • Loss of control of the event, vandalism, failure to comply with order, or other similar actions give the guesthouse the right to end the event immediately, without refund!

PROHIBITED:

  • pets on the 2nd floor of the guesthouse
  • using a smoke or fog machine, open flames incl. CANDLES, paper/sky lanterns, etc. in the event hall, rooms, anywhere on the premises without prior agreement
  • consuming alcohol and/or food brought with you in the halls of the house, sauna, terraces, unless permission has been obtained from the guesthouse
  • smoking in a non-designated area, indoors, on balconies, terraces, and discarding cigarette butts on the harbour territory
  • littering and polluting the territory
  • throwing sanitary pads, diapers, paper towels and other waste into the toilet is strictly prohibited, we use a biological treatment system!
  • breaking, destroying or damaging property belonging to the guesthouse or harbour
  • listening to music in a way that disturbs other guests and neighbours
  • using brought-in electrical and electronic equipment (refrigerators, household appliances, sound equipment, smoke machines, lighting, etc.) without prior agreement is prohibited
  • swimming and fishing in the harbour water area without permission from the guesthouse
  • A FINANCIAL PENALTY WILL BE APPLIED IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:
  • In the event of intentional breaking, theft, destruction, damage, etc. of the guesthouse and harbour property (equipment, furniture, bed linen, tableware, tablecloths, etc.) or other improper behaviour, the client must compensate the value of the guesthouse property, at least 50 €. If the event gets out of control, vandalism occurs, order is not complied with, or other similar actions take place, the guesthouse staff have the right to end the event immediately (without any refunds).
  • If a visitor does not follow the rules of order and the agreed terms, an additional fine of at least 300 € will apply.
  • Consuming alcohol and/or food brought with you in the guesthouse halls, sauna and terraces without permission will incur a fine of 300 €.
  • Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited! In the event of a violation and activation of the automatic fire protection system, a fine of 300 € will apply.
  • In case of loss of a guesthouse room key, a fine of 50 € will apply.
  • If there has been vomiting in the guesthouse indoor areas (WC, shower, room, etc.) and on terraces, a fine of at least 100 € will apply.
  • In the event of causing a blockage in the guesthouse toilets, a fine will be applied according to the situation and the amount spent on calling a technician to remove the blockage, but not less than 100 €.
  • In the event of blocking the dishwasher, a fine of at least 100 € will apply.
