A private seminar venue for businesses and organisations, about an hour’s drive from Tallinn. The entire guesthouse is reserved exclusively for your group. Our seaside setting, peace and fresh air create a welcoming environment for focused work and collaboration.

Participants can split into smaller groups and work in different areas of the house. The sauna lounge, foyer seating area and restaurant hall can all be used for group work.
Stay overnight
The guesthouse has 17 rooms and can accommodate more than 50 guests in separate beds. Showers and WCs are in the rooms. Beds can be joined to form double beds on request.

Catering and coffee breaks
We prepare food for events at Ristna on site in our own kitchen, with the menu agreed in advance. We offer breakfast, buffet lunches and dinners, and coffee breaks.
Drinking water is available throughout your seminar. When you order two coffee breaks, coffee and tea are available throughout the seminar day.
After your seminar
Unwind in the steam room or Finnish sauna, enjoy two hot tubs or the wood-fired sauna by the sea. The grounds offer space for team games. In summer, sailing trips with a skipper and seal watching can be arranged in advance.

Wi-Fi and mobile coverage
