The insulated boat hall (completed in 2015) is 400 m²big. Two doors, first with a height of 3.5 m and width of 5.8 m, and second with a height of 6 m and width of 5.6 m. There are seven 7.5 m2 lockable storage rooms with separate access for guests to use. The hall is suitable for aquaculture. In summer, the hall can be used to organise various events (weddings, concerts, summer days, etc.). Large opened doors that face the sea allow you to enjoy beautiful views, and the roof protects against unexpected rain.
