The heated boat storage hall (completed in 2015) has 400 m² of floor space. Two doors are 3,5 m high and 5,8 m wide, and one is 6 m high and 5,6 m wide. Guests have access to seven lockable 7,5 m² storage units with separate entrances. The hall is suitable for aquaculture. In summer, various events can be organised (weddings, concerts, summer parties, etc.). The large sea-facing doors allow you to enjoy beautiful views, and the roof protects against sudden downpours.
